
ABOUT ME
With over 15 years leading Amazon growth for start-ups and global brands, I combine hands-on experience and board-level insight to help businesses unlock their full potential on Amazon.
My journey with Amazon started long before FBA existed (2006). I launched and built my own brand in the early days of the platform, eventually selling it and learning first-hand what it takes to grow and exit successfully.
From there, I moved into the agency world, helping transform a small Shopify focused agency into one of the UK’s leading Amazon specialists. I then joined Crafter’s Companion, working directly with Sara Davies, not only scaling her Amazon channel but also supporting her portfolio of investments from Dragons’ Den.
Most recently, I served as Director of Marketplace & Operations at Hairburst, where I grew Amazon into a record-breaking channel across the UK, EU and US while also sitting on the company’s board and shaping wider business strategy.
That journey from founder, to agency, to board-level leadership gives me a unique perspective on what it really takes to succeed on Amazon. Today, I use that experience to help businesses like yours grow smarter, faster, and more profitably.
